The Chiasmus project is conceived as a social housing proposal that addresses the evolving needs of contemporary living. Designed for both families and students, it offers three apartment typologies.

The project promotes adaptability, efficiency, and replicability, redefining affordable housing through a scalable approach. Particular attention is given to solar exposure and spatial orientation, enhancing natural light and overall well-being, and fostering a healthier living environment.
